Prices were competitive as I got two other quotes and their price was similar to one company and thousands less than another. There was some miscommunication regarding needing a plumber to remove the toilet but they took care of the issue and paid for the plumber because they forgot to mention that we would need to remove the toilet ourselves or get a plumber to do so. My floors look fantastic and we are very happy with the whole process."
